Where does the water go?
Okay, so this might not be entirely Puma-specific but anyway:

I had my first mini-waterfall this evening! When I opened the driver's door (on the left for me Wink ), melted snow water ran down from the hinge area into the front-ish part of the footwell. I was in a hurry, so laughed and decided to mop it up when I got back but... ITS GONE!
The rubber mats are no more damp than usual and the carpet under them is bone dry!
The only thing I can think of is that the water ran under the plate on the floor...
Does anyone know if it runs straight through or does it sit there, festering until it makes holes of its own?
Cheers

Matt

If the front floor panels on yours are anything like mine there will probably be a gap somewhere that the water has escaped out of Thumbs Up

My passenger side plate, your drivers side, was bent up in one corner and this left a 3 or 4mm gap - it let water out OK but let even more road spray in.

Needless to say it is now sealed Thumbs Up

Many thanks!
Now reassured that there are holes in my floor where the water can leak out...
