FIRST PROBLEM I663 I6 D MHEV, electrical issue?
I Think so, It's a concise matter, continuous flashing on the dashboard, everything works fine, the manual controls all seem to work, suspension, Stop S/S, etc.. only the top seems to hesitate. Engine, PIVI and MAIN dashboard are normal, there are no warnings on the dashboard, but a large continuous flashing. Any ideas?? Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY

hi, sorry, I think 90% of the time it's a problem with the climate control L8B2130734CD an electronic problem, difficult to repair.
I saw a control unit for about 100 euros on the UK bay, in your place I would think about it without venturing into the fog of the land rover dealer.

Replacement is very easy.

This is valid if your car has finished its warranty of course.

Fortunately it is under warranty, thank you. The problem is the shortage of control units!! Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY

Thank yourself lucky! My dc dc converter failed on Feb 3 and killed the car. Replacement part end April. Loan car for 3 months.

It all seems quite depressing!!!, really...by the way, here is no replacement LR, Defender or another one, on loan, they are simply cured with a normal vehicle from the rent a car market! Big Cry Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY

Fortunately in your case the fault is not serious and the vehicle can still be driven.

That's true, yes, but it is an unpleasant point not to have air conditioning at this time, you get cold and you have many problems with fogging up windows, during the night this problem increases considerably and the lights of the unit flashing all the time is not at all pleasant or convenient...although the car does move as always, at least for now it is. I am very interested in the breakdown of this unit because after several days living with it I have realized that the blinking cadence is always the same: 3 or 4 long blinks followed by 15 or 20 short blinks. It always does it in the same way. The number of blinks is just a way of speaking, I don't have time to count them obviously, I say this only to confirm that it always does it the same way, it follows the same pattern….and think…curious way for a Unit to break down, right?🫨 Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY

UPDATE:
I update, a Censored fuse was to blame, and it wasn’t blown, it was just a matter of removing it and putting it back, and everything was happily put back together… I think the car suffered the problem as a result of a deep cleaning that was done and it was quite a while with doors open and interior lights on and so on, while the Incontrol app was sending continuous reminders… and because of all that a slight battery drop could have sent the unit to sleep I think, issue solved on my own, and the dealer didn’t even have the idea of checking the fuses the day I went, they just made me an appointment and informed me that a possible change of the control unit could take months…🤬 and now they are willing to tell me, and they have done so by phone, that I shouldn’t have done it, that I should have snooped in the fuse box and that this could lead to a suspension of my official warranty…🤬🤬🤬🤬 anyway… the dealers in their usual line… I will force them on Monday, at the already scheduled appointment that I will not cancel, to have a reading of errors reported for knowing other possible causes which I doubt very much. Happy weekend to all of you Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY
