Have you asked Patriot? They've always been very helpful when I've contacted them.
I have the Patriot light bar shown below for sale but the brackets are rather different.

I've got some, but Patriot custom amde them for me to fit my light bar (that I no longer use). Let me take a photo and see if they are any good to you.

Thanks for the replies.
I've had limited replies from Patriot. I've spoken to Trek Overland, who have one in stock (I need two) but say that they won't be getting more as the owner of Patriot is very unwell and apparently won't be returning to work. 
@Blackwolf, sorry that doesn't look like it work. I'll have to pass on that one. Cheers though. @ Inigo, do you just have the two? I have two at about 10cm long, so if they're far off that my 2 smaller light bars will be angled weirdly I think. Ideally I need 4 of the same. |

Sorry, just those two. Although I do still have the long LED lightbar that they were made for which I haven't yet taken to the tip
