[Sold] Seat rails/risers
For sale a pair of seat rails/risers (One pair is mudstuff)

Fitted and used but I never really got on with them. While they provided the extra travel, I felt I was too high and my right leg was sort of caught under the door handle and with the wind deflectors on the side windows I felt I had to look under to see out. - I am 5'11

Come with fixings. One pair is tapered box section and the other pair is what looks like taper U section with a flat plate welded in to form a box. One pair has black end caps the other doesnt.

Some grease from when I lubed the runners but most has been wiped off. and some paint has chipped off where the bolts have been used to attach to the seat box.

Both pairs of rails sets (4 x rails) £40 with postage or if you want just one pair (2 x rails) £20 each pair + postage

I was considering some of these - do you have to drill additional holes in the seat box for them, or do they use the existing holes and then offset using the box?

Your photos make it look like no extra holes are needed, but I'm sure I read a fitting guide at some point what claimed cutting was required?

I find the standard driving position fine but my partner complains... Hence thinking about getting a set.

Edit: pending confirmation of the questions above, could I provisionally take the box section one with the end caps, which, I'm pretty sure, is mud stuff.
