Silicone turbo outlet elbow
The standard rubber/fabric elbow on my turbo outlet doesn't look the best quailty, the aftermarket silicone kits look good but contain hoses I don't really need.

I looked at the silicone elbows from suppliers like Merlin motorsport, my main question is what sort of tolerance/give does a hose have? I measured the turbo outlet at 48mm and the pipe to the intercooler at 51mm. Samco have a 48 and a 51mm elbow so I'd hope the 48mm will fit the turbocharger and be a "snug" fit on the larger pipe.

Whatever you get I'd recommend you get one fluorosil lined. It's in quite a warm spot and you may get some oil in the air. That'll make it soft and sqishy if not lined. ( From experience)

Just be careful what silicon hoses you get, you get what you pay for with these hoses ( don't ask me how i know Laughing )

I went for the B A S hoses in the end Very Happy Clayton.
