Rear Door - Warning Triangle Door Grey Closure

Hi Guys
I am trying to find a part number for on of the small grey plastic knobs that close the warning triangle door as I am missing one.
Picture attached
I have looked on a parts diagram but can't see them

I could design one of these to 3d print but looking at them on my car I don’t think I can remove it to copy it without breaking it. I presume they are in two halves and push together but aren’t designed to get apart again MY23 D250 Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE, Carpathian Grey, 7 Seat, Electric Towbar

To remove, there is a small tab on the grooved side on the rear part of the part.

They are so hard to come by I am not letting this one out of my site sorry and it is now mounted on the car
