It looks like you take the spare off the carrier, then put bare still plate over the three carrier studs, then place the wheel over the studs and fit the wheel nuts, then place the black painted plate over the wheel, then fit lock and lock it.

Agree. It just goes on wheel mounting studs, is held in place by wheel (which is bolted in place) then this lock covers the wheel nuts holding the spare in place.

sorry i dont have any of it fitted but if memory serves me it bolts behind the spare wheel if i get chance ill try it on a car i know it doesn't fit my staun wheels and my 110 has sold now
