My ‘check engine’ light has been coming on intermittently for the past 3 months. It has been back to the dealers 3 times and they have done a full diagnostic check and complete reboot but are still not able identify any fault or reason why ‘check engine’ light appears at random Current: MY22 P400e SE

Unfortunately, there is not an official LR dealer in my country, I have imported the car from Austria. So today I have updated my Gap tool and plugged it in again, started the engine, and cleared the faults, they have not cleared, but engine sign on the faults has disappeared and the check engine light has gone. Drove the car for about 40 km, drives just fine and the check engine sign have not appeared again. Any thoughts?

Bad news for you.... DTC P0A7F-00 come out when the High Voltage traction battery is deteriorated.. You need a Topix to do the diagnostic test to confirm the problem. I see also a BECM DTC... maybe you can try to solve the problem with a BECM firmware update. The last fw version is L8B2-14C268-AG. Cancel DTC, update the BECM and 🤞... If the light come out again, the problem is more complex.... See my topic https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic93114.html |

Car is less then a year old. It has been 3 days, check engine light never came back again, car functions as normal, with no issues. I have done an over-the-air update, maybe it solved the problem.
