1993 Defender 90 300 Tdi CSW Barolo Black
300 tai Rear door Replacement Quesitons
The rear door on my 300tdi has become more rust than metal so it's in need of replacing. There seem to be a couple of options, namely galvanised with steel skin or non galv with aluminium skin. I have an ORE spare wheel carrier so not too concerned about which is ultimately stronger, just which is less likely to rot.

Next question is SP4x4 or Paintman Panels, anyone have anything to say about either?

Any help appreciated!

Personally, I will go for the welded and hot dipped frame, with an alloy skin.

I've seen plenty of pressed electroplated rear doors with significant rust.
