Just watched the film "Bullitt" with Steve McQueen the other night. The film with THE car chase .

When I was at school, I headed up the Audio Visual dept in my 6th form.
I was projectionist for the reel to reel Bullitt film on many occasions. That VW Beetle appeared too many times. He should of had an E-Type  |

Cheap car sold as a life style product Customizable to a point that each car was unique Product placement with the likes of Steve McQueen. I recall reading that when The Saint (Roger Moore etc) needed a car they knocked on the doors of various British Brands, who sure, would sell them cars. But Volvo said: Here you can have our 'sports car' for free! All revolutionary then. You do need a few blue sky thinkers (and I don't mean Elon Musk) |

The myth, the legend, that is the Defender Spider certainly is real.

If drain out all of the fluids and put it under cover in a shed, it will be guaranteed not to leak
