TD5 Wading & flywheel plug sizes

My Td5 110 has the bell housing wading plug, and the flywheel plug missing (where you lock the flywheel when doing head work).

I go off-road fairly regularly so would like to get these back in before it causes any further issues (although it hasn't caused any issues yet!).

Does anyone know what size these are / what part numbers? Can't seem to find them at all online.

Attached is a photo with the circled missing bits (I nicked the picture from somewhere else online to save crawling under the truck!)
