TD5 Airbleed: does it include a non return?
I’m diagnosing a non start issue (diff thread) where I am seeing instant loss of pressure after the pump stops.

I read this in the MY02 manual:
“ An air bleed valve is located in the bleed line connection. The valve comprises a restrictor and a membrane. The restrictor has a small hole in its centre. This allows air and fuel to pass through the membrane. Air can pass through the membrane, but once the membrane is wet with fuel, it will not allow further fuel to pass through.”

I replaced mine with a Censored assembly- very expensive just to get the plastic filter… it lets fuel flow through freely… contrary to the above.

Is the text correct? Unfortunately it seems that britpart are the only ones making these?!?

Sorry can't help, but I'm curious as to where this "air bleed" thing is.... I'll have a look at mine and see if I can help from there

Back RHS on the fuel filter head. See this picture

The whole assembly is WJN500110. The filter is the little plastic piece.

Ah right..... When I refreshed my 110 I bought a new filter head from Paddocks, can't recall if it was Britpart.... I've looked around for my old one but I must have binned it, sorry
