If you are not driving on the other side of the road you will be needing a bit more than headlight converters

First port of call should be the manual:

Ignore TexasRover (sorry Texas!!)
If you read the manual in the “driving abroad” section, it clearly says that the LED lights has a pattern that do NOT need to be readjusted when driving abroad. The same goes for the LED Matrix lights, but for the matrix lights you have to change a setting. So… which lights do you have? |

The Matrix LED lights readjust automatically. The system uses GPS data in order to readjust. |

I looked into this for a summer trip from the UK to France.
Summary: LED / LED Premium - Both have a level beam pattern, without the light kicking up to illuminate the sides of the road/hedges etc - So there's no need to do anything. (i.e. They're kind of disappointing regardless of the side of the road you drive!) LED Matrix - GPS sets up the lights and approaching vehicle detectors for you. No need to do anything. You don't need stickers or to tweak anything in the menu. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGYvcNZO0-c Last edited by XplusYplusZ on 14th Nov 2024 9:19am. Edited 1 time in total |

It's not just the Defender that is like that, I had my last trip, by car, to the United Kingdom in 2019 with my beloved, and missed, D3 and I didn't change any parameters or put any stickers... and no one around there ever seemed to complain... or maybe I should say now... yes, it was me and I'm sorry for that.😏🤭 Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY

Land rovers have had flat beam patterns for this for about 10 years + i used to have to flick a little leaver, then there was a menu option.
Flat beams like they have now are perfect Mike |
