Recovering video from dash cam
Someone ran into the back of my friends 110 this morning. He wants to know how you download/recover the footage from the LR dashcam.

How is this done? Mine doesn't have a dash cam so l have no idea.

Not 100% but think he’ll need the Landrover dash cam app🤔👍 My 24 HSE X-Dynamic 90 Carpathian Grey

Okay

The Defender stood up extremely well. The bumper has some damage and the spare wheel has pushed into the rear door a bit.
The glass hasn't broken and the door still opens.

The van that hit it is smashed to pieces.

Assuming you can replay on the car screen, I would just do the idiot thing and video that with my phone. Sometimes doing the stupid thing is better than nothing

Your friend should have the LR dashcam app installed. While in the car open up the app, connect to the dashcam. All the front and rear videos in time order should be there. Download by ticking the recording of the event needed. This will save to the app on the device and from here you can screen record to share.

There’s also the option of taking the microSD memory card out and inserting into a PC to download from there.

Need to save to device if dashcam is set up to record over old data sooner rather than later. Mine only has the memory to last for about 2 weeks of recordings. MY25 Defender 90 D350 X Dynamic HSE - REJECTED Sad
