a lot depends on the value of the car your in and the age of it.
old cars they often won't cover. newer cars they will recover to uk up to the value of the car or whatever they say in their policy book. aa rac etc all do yearly policies. some limit time away some just ask you for dates of your travel. depends where you go in Europe as they have different zones and costs. no one covers places like Morocco |

Thèse 60 days are strange. On thé continent it's always 90 days. It's thé green insurance card that counts and breakdown cover follows thé same conditions. With thé plate switch from GB to UK : wouldn't it be sufficient to enter GBZ (Gibraltar) for an hour or so if you planned to visit Spain ? So you entered thé UK and offer yourself another 60 days ? |
