The tax that you pay when you fill up at the pumps is a ‘pay per mile’, drive more, buy more fuel, big heavy vehicle, buy more fuel, small efficient car used locally, buy less fuel.

In the UK taxation is used to pay for fantasy projects and ineptitude of politicians and local councils.

A good example is Woking Council, they turned to town into a concrete monstrosity, went £2 billion in debt and when some of the details came to light one of the classics is that the council signed off on a hotel to be built but failed to notice in the small print that the council tax payers would have to stump up the costs of the cutlery…….i kid you not.

They employ the unemployable then expect them to do deals with business people. And the people have to pay, and they don’t go to court for fraud…..

And if people think that a pay per mile will make their driving lives easier, think again, it’s to pay for mass uncontrolled immigration first, then the deficit, and then their pension pot. Not pot holes.

Very fishy, wouldn’t happen to be the “illegals welcome” placard carrying brigade would it, amongst various other group names they go by, those that deface paintings, glue themselves to roads and various other delinquencies.

This country is all about new taxation.
No plans for the future, no plans to boost the economy nor supporting entrepreneurs.
Bus drivers getting paid more, more for train drivers and teachers… who is paying that… not a surprise…
