L663 Defender - Minimum Height Adjustment with GAP Tool?

Hello.

I'm wondering if anyone can share knowledge on the minimum height you can set an L663 defender to with the GAP Tool.

Ideally I'd like access height to be a little lower for convenience as well as better car park access.

What negative setting can I use that will drop heights, but not so much I risk damage to the vehicle or suspension?
