RECARO Cross Sportster
I'm looking to upgrade the seats in my 110.
Im set with the RECARO Cross Sportster, but I yet can't understand what model exactly has the detachable seat base to access to battery box

They can be converted to removable base quite easily.

You just unbolt the base from the frame and add the threaded studs into the base, 4 studs then just locate into the frame bolt holes. Gareth @ Defender Upgrades stocks them Andy

I have the Oem in my 110 and can tell you they’re dang nice. Worth the money but I think I’d go with Scheel-man seat if I were doing it over.

You just need to buy the defender adaptor plates and studs.. here are some pictures from my old Xtech project. I actually just had two studs in the front and the bases sat tight.

last dummy question to make things clearer for me. does the whole seat come off or just the seating base? 2013 110 XS SW
