couldn't wait to have them shipped so I modeled the part from scratch and 3d printed them.
came out perfectly and the material cost for 30pcs was $0.09

when I picked this car the lighting diagram seemed to be a bit messed up and I'm still trying to figure things out.

I ordered a new set to led lights, and the front small headlight is a 3 wire rather than the usual 2 wire.

I am no car electrician, and wondering why would that be.
the third wire usually should be for DRL but I do not see the need for that Bow down Bow down Bow down

I am in the phase of repainting the front bumper and after priming it I place in on the car and really not hating the option to paint to match the Fuji White

The radiator will be covered with the black mesh grille.

Installed the white front bumper with black mesh grille and black lamp guards.

Might put back the white KBX light guards 🤔🤔

I have started to try to figure all the electrical shenanigans that were down from the previous owners.

anyone would know why some wires would be connected on these fuses under the steering wheel? Big Cry

The relay with the knob on top is possible variable wiper intermitant thing. Sets the timing of the wipers. Note that’s a wild guess but it could be that 😱 Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.

5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details

So I am starting to diagnose what are the CLONKS coming from the the rear drive of the car.
I set up a camera and definitely there's something broken in the diff.

what are your guesses will be the expensive discovery?
pignong? crown? axle half shaft?
