Just been through the same thing, as well as the clutch I had...
Concentric slave, new style. Master cylinder. The pipe between the above two can be replaced with the Pioneer one, but I didnt have that done. Spigot bearing Adapter shaft, at least get it examined and lubricated if still good. Rear main seal, they are usually leaking. Exhaust middle and rear section as they were pretty scabby. I should have had one of the gearbox mounts replaced too as the heat shield was rattling, but I forgot. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS |

Some people say it's as easy to take the engine out as it is to drop the gearbox/transfer case. Not so sure myself but maybe if you add up the time its not that different.
With the engine out you could plan a lot more 'might as well do whilst you are there'! Certainly it is A LOT easier to work on an engine once its out. |
