Sunbeam Motorcycles
Anyone on the forum know about Sunbeam Motorcycles? I bought a job lot of Land Rover parts some time ago and in with the pile of parts was a Sunbeam S7/S8 gearbox. I have no idea of the condition. The intention is to sell it but I have no idea what it’s worth. Any help from you Motorcycle experts would be appreciated.

Did you manage to sell the S7/S8 gearbox for a Sunbeam.

Takes me take to my school days as my form master for several years, and English teacher was Robert Cordon Champ, author of a couple of books on Sunbeams.

If ever a man looked like he should ride a Sunbeam, with his handle bar moustache and tweed outfits, it was him.

Think he became a valuer for Bonhams in his retirement. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

Thanks Richard, yes the gearbox went to a Sunbeam enthusiast in the NE. I had forgotten all about it, went to a good home though.
