Just contact them and they will be able to assist. They have their ways and means of sorting that out.

Daz is right, that’s where they are typically kept on a card. At least mine was when I had it. When I sold that HU which was factory fit I sold it with the genuine code card.
Even LR won’t charge much for it, they’ll just check you are the owner and serial code etc etc. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

Thanks for all your replies. I had the code on the little card but must have stashed it somewhere the last time I used it. It’s not anywhere else in the vehicle handbook pack or written on the radio, seen that done many times. So I will contact my dealer when they reopen.

I have the same problem, although the cassette radio in my 1999 Heritage. I have a three digit number written on a piece of paper with the word "code" on it, but I don't remember how to enter the code - their are six presets. I'm guessing I should press preset 1 then using the up button press in the first digit , then preset 1 again followed by pressing in the up arrow again ...etc. But when I try that the display doesn't respond in any way, just showing "CodE".
I've applied through my dealer for a code in case I have the wrong one here, but any advice gratefully received, K ...and a D4 (2011) ....and an MX5 (2002) ....and a Hayter Heritage 30" (2010) ....and a Rover 650E with a detachable mulcher - but the last two are mowers. (2010) |

I've lost the code on a few Defender Radios now, try Knutsford Land Rover Parts, they have always helped me out in the past. 1964 Series IIA SWB Truck Cab - gone
