When I last rebuilt one, a little before COVID, it was already very hard to find some parts. I'm not aware of any secret stockpiles (it's not clear where the Superwinch stock went in the fire sale), so it's going to get harder unless or until someone starts making spares. It might be worth giving Goodwinch in Barnstaple a call, they certainly had a fair few parts until recently.
You may also find that seals and bearings are COTS items (it's unusual to design a unique seal without good reasons) so a trip to an industrial bearing and seal dealer might be worthwhile. |

I got most of my spares from FirstFour before they shut down, otherwise I got the other parts from Goodwinch.
