Wipac Side light conversion

Just fitted new Wipac side, stop, and indicator kit plus relay to my 2011 90 H/T but indicators are flashing too fast.
The relay isnt attached to the fuse box as it says on the instructions and there are actually 2 of them loose

with same rating at 40amp
Are they both for indicators and do i need to replace them both?

Relay for indicators is under the steering wheel first one top row on left
