I'm currently selling my Defender due to a decision of needing a van. I've owned the Defender for the past 13 months and have plumbed a significant amount of money into it to get it in great shape and is currently sitting on 64,336 miles which is unlikely to rise significantly. It is a private sale so no VAT on top of the price.
I have recently had windscreen surround and window blocks removed and repainted due to the typical corrosion. Mirror arms replaced for new units due to flaking. Mudflap brackets replaced with stainless equivalents and a Fresh MOT. Both chassis and bulkhead are in good condition with no areas of corrosion. Above work was carried out by Black Barn Heritage.
In addition to the above, I have had the following works carried out in my ownership: Clutch and Flywheel replacement at 61,599 miles including new release bearing and ABS sensor, 96k service carried out at 55k miles including brake fluid, front and rear diff oil, transfer box oil and major service.
The vehicle comes with full service history as follows:
