Gap IIDTool BT "file upload failed"
Trying to upload an ECU back up so Bell can have a gander. Upload starts ands the progress bar does its thing but, right as it reaches the end, the message "file upload failed" appears. Any pointers?

I’m an Apple user and tried it on several Macs all to no joy. So I went out and bought a cheap PC laptop and it uploaded just fine. I suspect Gap Diagnostic’s Apple updater is overdue for an update.

Had an issue with it before when uploading new data to the ECU from a back up of the old one. We waited for the progress bar to finish for about 2 hours. Suspecting something is wrong, coordinated with GAP and Pete. Turns out the iOS version of the GAP app still had some quirks and this was one of them. My friend had an Android tablet with the GAP app, everything was done in less than 20 minutes.

Am planning to get an Android device just for the GAP app, you know, just in case. No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy

All sorted. Apparently the VIN didn't upload correctly. Pete was able to fix it and now I'm happily running the Bell 150hp flash.
