LR are 'firstly' using all supplies for production. 'Parts sales' are of no interest to them. As production makes them a whole lotta money, parts sales makes little money.
why would LR supply to a 'after sales' market when they can make big bucks on production sales. These, like many, parts are being produced in limited numbers. |

Thank you for your input. I know that this is the case in some cases. However, since genuine wheel arch kits, mudflaps, sidesteps etc are available in abundance with third party sellers LR obviously makes and sells them, albeit in small quantities sometimes but bigger sometimes.
The kit I’m looking for is exactly like the matte kit (which is available in a lot of places) but painted black and available as an option on 2025 models. As mentioned. Dealer here said the new part catalogue would be released end of July so the part number has probably not found its way through yet. I usually buy spare parts from UK since it turns out cheaper even after tax and import charges here. As I said the kit lists for £700 but my option here in Sweden would be £3500. So no wonder I’m keen on it…. 2025 Defender 130 V8 2025 Defender 90 D250 (wifes) 2024 Defender 110 p400e HSE (sold) 2015 Defender 110 Double cab 2004 Defender 90 Td5 |

I asked for these on my MY25 Defender and was told they are not yet available. The message from Land Rover to my dealer (last week) was the following:
“I'm confused why these have appeared on the configurator. They are being introduced but as we don't have confirmed supply timings we have not formally announced them. Once we have this a bulletin will be sent but we plan for it later this year.” |

Thank you very much for that info. Thats more than my dealer knew. So I suppose I will have to buy the matte ones and have them painted if I don't want to wait until Christmas.
Have tried two sets of aftermarket ones for my 110 but the fitment is not really great so will go with genuine this time. 2025 Defender 130 V8 2025 Defender 90 D250 (wifes) 2024 Defender 110 p400e HSE (sold) 2015 Defender 110 Double cab 2004 Defender 90 Td5 |

Unfortunately yes.
I’ve chosen to leave off the protectors for now and the dealer said they’ll fit them later in the year once available. |
