They're BMW connectors.

The 2-way female connector (engine harness, C0280) - 61138352390

Female terminal (1.0 - 2.5mm²) - 61131392304

Wire seal (1.0 - 2.5mm²) - 61131383791

Or, pre-crimped with a seal to a length of cable -

Socket terminal circular 2.5 ELA with wire 1.0 - 2.5mm² - 61130007571





The 2-way male connector (fan tail) - 61138352391

Sealed male terminals appear to be only available pre-crimped with a seal to a length of cable -

Round plug-in contact 2.5 ELA with cable 1.0 - 2.5mm² - 61130007572

Fan side socket (male terminals) BMW 61 13 8 352 391

All terminals (male and female) and seals from me Smile  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
