Inward Facing Seats in a Puma

Has anyone fitted inward facing flip down rear seats in a Puma Defender Hardtop?

Respectfully, I am not interested in replies around legality, insurance costs, MOT etc etc but rather technical details around the install.

Did you install seatbelts? If so via a bar from a TD5 SW? Or straight into the floor with a spreader plate?

How did you mount the backs, riv nuts? Another method?

All info appreciated

Exmoor trim tip ups, spreader plate underneath, likewise with seatbelts.

Bear in mind there are two types of rear tub, mines square (HT) there is stepped as well which I believe is SW’s for forward facing variants.

Standard fitment as per any other Defender or Series for the seats. Personally wouldn’t bother with seat belts. Think there is a .gov article somewhere saying they don’t recommend seat belts in sideways facing seats as they can be very dangerous.
