Hi all,
new to Land Rover vehicle electrics. My OneTen has an aftermarket centre dash fitted which I took off to install a few USB sockets and a Coolant level warning light. I found a number of unused wires in there that don't connect to anything. There is a white one, which I believe is the ignition feed? there is a green one, which I would expect to be somehow light related? It has a spade socket at the end so I would have thought it should connect to something? and we have a red-white wire as well... Anyone able to help with the identification or point me in the right direction? On a side note, am I right to assume that red wires would be a permanent live? Thanks. |

Thank you PaulMc!
This is a brilliant response and also thanks for the general info about wire colours. This will make reading the diagrams so much easier... |
