Latest update problem

Hi just had latest update installed Wednesday Thursday alarm was going off went to car as it was raining and looked and found sunroof had opened 4 inch ish and the inside of car is soaked rang Landrover assist they sent out aa to look he said not to drive it and get it transported back to dealer Friday it went 930 and the water was still coming out of roof as it went on to transporter
130 dealer rang said pick it up ekectrice seem ok asked why the roof had come open they said no idea and want me to pick up a soaking car seats have gone all baggy this surely is not acceptable 😠
