Hi
Any brake pipe gurus? I need to replace the front brake pipes on my non ABS 2006 TD5 90. Am I right in saying I need 3/16 pipe, M10 fittings and flares should be double? I need to buy a flaring tool, should I expect this to work on the existing steel pipe so I can join to the new pipe on the NS? Thanks Rich |

If you buy a good tool it will do, inferior tools may not.
Currently my preferred option is the Sykes Pickavant Flaremaster 2 which is unbeatable for on-car flaring. Not cheap at £200+ but good tools seldom are. See https://sykes-pickavant.com/collections/on-car |
