It's just been washed so could just be as simple as water on the belt judging by the amount in the engine cover 110 Td5 Ex Utilities slowly converting into a pop top camper one day

Possibly just old drive belt. Certainly wouldn’t concern me.

Bit late but I would say Aux belt and idlers need changing.
