USB ports not illuminated

A small fault and not worth taking it to the dealer for.

But after being intermittent for a while the two USB ports in the centre console no longer light up. Although they still work.

Is there a fix for this? ls it software related or a new USB unit needed? l believe it's easy to change and if the part is less than £100 l'll just change it myself.

Have the same issue for 3 years now, sometimes they work, sometimes random depending on the light.
Looks like a software glitch.
But for sure it is nice as they work..

No Mud flaps for my 90.!
