Hi
Have you considered the option of buying the rear crossmember yourself and then hiring a welder for the day to either fit it in his workshop or on your driveway? I replaced one just after covid. I hired a welder and his assistant for £200 for the day and he fitted a new crossmember in around 4 hours out on my driveway. Works out a lot cheaper than a garage and you get involved in the work so that you can see what’s going on. Just something to consider… Jim |

I hadn't really considered it, I guess its an option, but as I have no idea what I'm looking at with welding want to at least find someone others have used

Try Cross Channel Classics, and enjoy a day at the seaside!
They've done loads, and the fab work/welding I've seen is bang on. Mines going down there for a cross member later in the year. |

Hello. I also need a new crossmember on my 90. Did you find somewhere in the end to complete the work?
