Thank you all for your comments . Encouraged by the good experience, we are already organizing the next outing, this time it will be to El Chaltén and the Perito Moreno National Park, one of the least visited and most impressive parks. That will be after winter.

Looks like a great trip!
I lived over the hills in Chile for a year, mainly based down in Region 11, working on the glaciers down there. Still planning to get back over there with the kids. |
