Something has changed there then.
I have 4 cars with A-Plan. When I changed my Navara for a D300 110 in January they quoted me £2200 (was £600 pa for the Navara). I'm in darkest Wiltshire, not London. I went to Admiral who charged me £660 pa. 2001 110 TD5 (sold) 1999 90 TD5 (sold) Various FFRR & RRS (sold) 110 D300 X-Dynamic HSE (current) |

Interesting! It was Admiral that wanted £300+ over on what I paid last year.
If only we knew what goes on inside the insurance sausage machine! |

I was expecting a shock in Feb when my Admiral insurance was up for renewal.
Its a multicar policy so was expecting to do a whole bunch of comparisons come renewal time if they significantly increased the Defender. Ended up being practically the same as last year so certainly could not complain. - Land Rover S2a - Defender 90 SW (For Sale: https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic92224.html) |
