Dashboard upgrade questions
Does anyone know if you can upgrade this old dash to a newer younger puma style dash?

Anything is possible. The question would be why? Probably a lot less effort and cheaper to sell your vehicle and just buy a Puma.

I fitted a Ministry of Defender dash, not exactly cheap, but custom made and very nice, although I didn’t actually own a dash when I ordered mine.

Fitting a puma dash to an older requires some heavy gearstick mods or an adapter which is rather expensive.

You loose the vents too

Not an upgrade imo Instagram @defender_ventures

If it is just to look ‘younger’, can consider wrapping your existing dash with leather and some nice stitching.
From a practical point, I find the deep pockets in the old dash much more practical. Puma dash lacks storage. If its for AC, Puma dash wins. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

I’m looking for PUMA dashboard, do you know who might have it?

That bank of switches reminds me of a Mk2 Jag must be a nightmare on a dark country lane finding the right thing to switch!

The post-02 TD5 dash is a fairly easy update and gives you plenty of benefits like led dash lighting, illuminated heater panels, digital speedo (no wobble!) and a slightly more modern look.
There's a lengthy and very well detailed post on the retroanaconda website/blog which is what I used to do mine.
