The one thing I would caution is that the colour would look different if one is metallic and the other matte. I work in automotive and I've seen cars come off the production line in the same colour but one being matte and whilst they look similar, it is different.
I would suggest getting something small painted in your preferred colour as a test to then compare. Good luck, P |

Just my opinion… some colours go really well when matching wolfs to body, but some do not.
I am rebuilding a 90 in Shire Blue (solid paint), and have wolfs for it. I was toying with the idea of colour matching them, until saw a picture of one, which in my opinion did not look right. Luckily mine will match the roof, but probably not an option for you. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing 2012 90 CSW, 2.2TDCI, Santorini Black |

Yes totally Agree I think with the metallic colour Tonga Green, matt green wheels wont match.
I think you are right a sample is a good idea, I have also just noticed a thread on here about wolf wheels appreciation which I found this in.
I know a different green but still looks good. Dinnu, yes the roof is the same Tonga green so can't match like if I had a white roof or something. |

I've got some Wolf steels in then garage waiting for refurb and the current plan is to get them painted gloss black...my 90 is Oslo Blue (and will have a gloss black roof which is also waiting return in the garage!).
Personal opinion but I think the darker body colours look good with black or anthracite wheels. Cheers, Paul |
