Due to the condition of my bulkhead and bank account, I've bit the bullet and purchased a full galv set inc rear door. With the money saved getting this style of door, I got the SP Galv bulkhead.. Cool

The doors fit perfectly on test fitting, very pleased!

Bulkhead is fine for the money, Some redrilling required & bottle jack was needed to stretch and line up holes with the outriggers , quite normal for a galvanized bulkhead going onto a galvanized chassis.

Other projects have taken priority for now, but I'll post the final results once I can get back and finish it. It's going Alpine white!

Any tips fitting the doors or was it straight forward

I’m doing mine on the drive so waiting for good weather

Yours is looking good, suits the doors, good colour choice.

About as straight forward as it gets once you've removed the old door. And a much easier job for a single pair of hands compared to the push button doors since you can just fit the bottom part first. Keep the hinges bolted tight to the bulkhead, only loosen after fitting the door if you need to adjust things. Thumbs Up

Just lined my doors with flashing tape 3mm and sound proofing.

Made a big difference sounds less tinny and more solid.
