90 75th Rear Quarter Glass Trim removal
Searched the forums here, google and YouTube and came up empty but I know this has been discussed many times.

Trying to remove the floating square on my 90 75th, the part is called rear quarter glass trim.

It has these plastic knobs that I can't seem to get loose on the inside of the vehicle after removing the black plastic piece. Pics attached.

All the videos I've seen just say it's double sided tape but how do you remove these?
