Rear Flexi Brake Hose - Def TD5 90
Hi all, hoping for some support re rear brake flexi hoses.

I’ve just replaced the rear calipers/discs/besrings/seals on my 2004 TD5 (+ABS) which, unsurprisingly, then led to new brake pipes (replacing the original solid ones on the axle) and a new 4 way connector on top of the axle. Whilst doing this I’ve noticed that the flexi brake hose pipes do not look in great condition and judging be how difficult they were to undo from the 4 way connector, I’d guess they are the originals from 20 yrs ago.

I didn’t get a chance to properly inspect where the hose goes up to (assuming into a solid brake line), so my question to anyone that has replaced these pipes is are these easy to remove, are there any watch outs and what is the best tool for the job?

Thank you in advance for any help!
