I think we all have been there with the choice of wheel for the defender Laughing

They could well do!
Ideally I think I’ve decided on 16” bowlers or steel 1 ton rims. It’s on some 16” boosts atm as the 18’s were a bit unnecessary, the spacers were also removed to save the paintwork.
In the camping agenda next is fitting a flip up window and mounting a fiamma side awning somehow!

I’m considering a tomb raider style external cage to allow accessories to be fitted easily.

Everything inside is now finished and wired from the eberspacher to the usb chargers, although other jobs always appear somehow! Defender puma dormobile camper

The list always grows. I was going to Update saying nothing has been done just a lot of adventures, although that isn’t strictly true as lots done from a Vw relay to a genuine tomb raider cage being adapted and galvanised currently to mount awnings neatly.

They are some nice photos there i do like the more retro look of the Dormobile 110 Td5 Ex Utilities slowly converting into a pop top camper one day

Thank you, yes I quite like it’s retro charm! Cage is being made at the minute, too box on its way.
Managed to fit the front runner window from Harry on here 👍. Nightmare job as with the camper trim couldn’t get to the other side. After a whole day it was in though courtesy of a disc cutter!
99 with a flake?….. don’t mind if I do 😂
