After chasis repair I have always placed the wiring harness on top of the chasis rail, not inside. There is enough space.
The wiring harness was placed inside of the chassis fully made, with connectors. Just imagine the proces of final car manufacturing. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufĂnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo ![Smile Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif)
