Very tempted. Also good to hear it's ok parking and manoeuvring it around. I might pop in to LR and have another look. Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy. |

The D300 in it seems cope with it all fully loaded up really well - very impressed. Seems a huge improvement over my SD6 in the D5 (which I thought was brilliant). 1 week in and the blend of big people mover and Van is just excellent!

Those rear facing air vents would be useful when you're transporting dogs in the back. Bet JLR hadn't thought of that. Current vehicle: 2020 Defender 110S

I like the extremes of the Defender range. 90 hardtop base spec and the 130 outbound.

Interesting - that was where my head was at... I could have been really tempted by a 90 'van' with a white roof and white steelies in Tasman blue! There are some stunning examples on here of those! Bizarre coincidence - am just back from a week doing the exact same route that Harry did (even same resort!) and it was just a brilliant vehicle to get across France and around the Alps! If it has the rear vents i wonder if it has Dog mode like on the 5 seater 110 when you order rear climate? You get a picture of the dog on the front Climate screen rather than rear seats. I wanted it on mine but couldn't have it. 110 MY23.5 X Dynamic HSE

My 110 has a vent for the dogs and when I open the climate control screen there is a picture of a dog with wavy lines in recognition. |
