Looks good. After watching Harry’s review I was impressed with what it offered in that segment and it seems a great alternative to the Disco 5.
Wishing you many happy miles. |

It's gorgeous and would make an ideal commercial USW, if only....

Unlikely to happen unfortunately as its already too heavy at 2600kg+ to be able to get the required 1000kg payload

I had another look around one in the dealers last week, it does look really good and the closest thing LR have produced to the D3/4 so far. I noticed the rear window blanking is just panels over the glass almost like large signature graphic plates on the 110. I wonder if they can be removed. 110 MY23.5 X Dynamic HSE

Yes - that's right - just panels over glass.
The space is really very usable - almost like having a van. Need to get my dog box in there... but currently thinking about all sorts of things and whether I could actually panel it out... Really very pleased - feels just like the buzz I had with my original TD5 and then with the D3... loved my D5, but this is totally different - just like being back in a Land Rover! John |

How do you find driving it around and parking etc.?
You've certainly peaked my interest in one. Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy. |

It's a bit weird... driving it, it doesn't feel big (in fact almost slightly smaller than the D5). The wheelbase is also the same as the 110, so (whilst I haven't driven one of those very much) it doesn't feel any different. I haven't booted it yet as I'm sort of easing the engine in, but is does corner really well.
Harry's Garage mentioned the wind... which interestingly you do feel on a windy day (feels like the D5 cut through the air differently). However, when you get out, it does look pretty big. Other than my work car park which has big spaces, I don't really park in many car parks and when I do it's miles from anyone else. I do park at a local train station pretty regularly, but there are some long spaces there that I use anyway. I parked at screw fix yesterday and it looked like it was taking up more space like a van! I think if I had to drive it a lot around a city or regularly park in tight car parks I'd think differently (but then I'd probably have bought a different car!). John |

...the downside of the length though, is massive outweighed by the upside!
