Looks fantastic, hope you have a great weekend with it. BTW, did you get any freebies from the dealer? |

Nice, Tasman probably the best colour in the range, with Pangea green a close second of course. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Agreed, I also think Tasmin is the best colour available for a Defender. Got me thinking how I’d rank them (obviously very personal)
Tasmin Blue Carpathian Grey Eiger Grey Pangea Green Santorini Black Fuji White Hakuba Silver Silicon Silver Godwana Stone |

Well, having collected the Defender on Thursday I have finally got all my bits and pieces into the various storage areas and had a chance yesterday to get a bit of mixed driving and start getting used to it (and its dimensions).
I have to say its absolutely brilliant to drive and am pleased with all the extras I ordered, so far in particular: - The Meridian Surround is a real pleasure and far better than the sound on the demo cars I drove - will be great on the long drives from Northern Ireland to Yorkshire. - Air Suspension, ride is super smooth - I love the Head up Display which helps to keep your eyes on the road. The gap in the centre console leaves wasted space, I bought the Centre Console Storage Box (Type B) from Powerful UK - perfect for USB cables, glasses and other gubbins. I also purchased a Genuine Centre Console Organiser Tray / Lid to cover the drinks holder, this is useful when not taking the drinks flask. It will take a while to get all the settings configured as I want them and will spend some time this week exploring the PIVI. For the boot I got a few bits for the Cocker Spaniel (see picture) - loadspace partition half-height and the loadspace divider so I now have one third of the space for all my bits, see the pictures below - she is more than content. I got the half-height partition as I travel regularly on the ferries with the dog remaining in the car during the journey, given lack of space when loaded on the boat this means if needed I can get to her from the back seat. The only thing I need to pickup with the dealer is the tyre pressure as according to the Instrument Panel, they are between 40.6 and 42.6 PSI which is above the recommended figures quoted in brackets via the screen 33.5 Front / 36.3 Rear. The iGuide states the label is located on the passenger side - however the only label I can see is obscured by the front / rear doors (unless I am missing something) - I have 255/60/R20 Goodyear Wrangler.
