change engine sound when cold

Good morning

There you go, I have a 2.4 engine, when I start cold the engine makes a certain noise and just afterwards it changes noise like something is unlocking. I suspect the position of the turbo geometry. when the engine is hot it no longer does it

It may well the viscous fan.. It can make a loud roaring noise at start up.. But then settles back down..
