Side steps now fitted

Went with the genuine option, got them from grange Land Rover, cheaper than my own dealer. Interesting that they were the new part number but the old design (which I prefer), according to the instructions the side steps have been updated to a chequer plate design to match the bonnet.

Also a recent IKEA trip put it to the test, 1.5m loads don’t go in without moving the passenger seat forward.

Finally fitted powerful UK’s picnic table. Could’ve done with it a fortnight ago on my road trip.

Still to fit their bumper protector, I went with the vinyl option, will see how it holds up. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

The table is really useful. I got the Front Runner version with the slide out extension. It took a bit of remodelling but it works a treat. Thumbs Up

Looks like I’ve joined the unenviable cracked windscreen club, noticed it this morning, about a 3 inch long crack from base of windscreen on the passenger side.

Looks like a call to Autoglass Rolling Eyes

Not the best photo

The 13th LR is going well, someone hit it with their door, some dumb bitch drove into it, luckily she only caught the tyre and mud flap and now a cracked windscreen. But 8 months in though and no warranty work required as yet, every cloud and all that. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

I hade the same. LR didn't want to know, even though its a known issue. Had a new one fitted by Autoglass. Non LR but fine. A week later got hit by a stone in Germany that created a big chip so need another new screen. Big Cry Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

Not great news that you have the cracked screen J. I met with member GilesR on Sunday with his P400 90 and he re Konrad he has had 2 broken……

Regarding the picnic table - I haven’t fitted the one I adapted for my 110 to the 90 as my two B&Q storage boxes in the boot and the table stops the tailgate from closing……… and I don’t want to fold the rear seats and have two storage boxes of recovery gear and things like electric tyre pump, 0.5ltr of engine oil, 1 liter of screen wash fluid and basic tools (that all fitted in the underfloor boot box in the 110) launching themselves into the back of my head off-road! The rear seat backs and the tailgate hold them tightly in place Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

I keep a lot of stuff in a back pack which sits neatly in the corner of boot.

It’s booked in on the 30th at 09:00 at Autoglass Dundee for a replacement screen. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Popped in to my dealers a couple of weeks back after my salesman messaging me saying there’s a deal on the table if I’m interested. So with £2k deposit contribution, £2k loyalty and a decent trade in offer I’ve ordered another 90.

A simple spec, no fancy X-Dynamic stuff this time.

Goes into build in March, delivery to dealer end of March, pick it up April. He managed to source a spec amendable car from one of the other branches. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue
