My New 110 XS Edition Silicon Silver
Hi
Just picked up my brand new Defender. Only went to the garage on Sunday for a look as my Disco 4 is now nearly 10 years old and wasn’t sure if I wanted a Disco5 or Defender.
Turns out it was working out cheaper to get a new one rather than a 2 year old one, and they just happened to have one in stock which had everything on it we wanted. Also got a good discount and bottle of Gin.

I’ll post up some better pictures once it’s stopped raining.

Graeme

Same motor here, can’t fault it at all! Best colour with all the colour coding.

Look forward to seeing your photos.

Hi
I’ve added more photos of it into my gallery.
I’ve had a D2,3&4 but not sold on the D5. For me the Defender was the next step after the D4.
I had had my D3 for 9 years and my D4 for 7 years after that. Both have been great cars so hopefully the Defender will be the same

Cheers
Graeme

It’s a D250. I had originally looked at the hybrid but the dealer had this one in stock so I only had to wait 4 days to get it. So that suited us.

The XS is a nice spec, a shame about the limited colour choice. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Yes but I didn’t get a choice of colour and that meant I didn’t have to wait, but I really liked Silicon Silver and I think that’s the best out of the four colours offered for the XS.
I went looking for a green one but I’m impatient so took what was there.
From looking for one until driving it away was only 4 days Thumbs Up

My first one, an SE, was silicon silver. Really like the colour so ended ordering an XS in the same colour to replace it.
